3. Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance of this document and scheduling of the initial session. The remaining 50% is payable in two equal monthly installments, due on the 1st of the second and third months of the treatment period.
4. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to the Ankara Mind & Wellness Center account (IBAN: TR__ ____ ____ ____ ____ ____), credit/debit card, or cash at the office in Çankaya, Ankara, Turkey. A fiscal receipt (fatura) will be issued for every transaction in compliance with Turkish tax regulations.
5. The Psychologist is bound by strict professional confidentiality as mandated by the Turkish Psychological Association Code of Ethics and the KVKK. No session content, assessment results, or personal data will be disclosed to any third party without the client's written consent, except where required by a court order under Turkish law.
6. Cancellations: The client may reschedule or cancel any session with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the applicable session fee as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
7. The treatment plan and the number of sessions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are preliminary. The assigned Psychologist in Turkey Ankara reserves the right to recommend additional sessions or modifications to the therapeutic approach based on the client's clinical progress. Any such additions will be communicated in writing and require the client's prior approval before billing.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of specific therapeutic outcomes. Psychological treatment is a collaborative process, and the Psychologist will provide professional care in accordance with evidence-based practices and the standards of the Turkish Psychological Association.
9. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu, Law No. 6098).
