3.1 This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer for professional Psychologist services in Uganda Kampala and does not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing by both parties.
3.2 Payment terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated fee is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of service completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
3.3 All sessions conducted by the Psychologist are subject to the client's right to cancel with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice. Cancellations made within this window will incur a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled session rate.
3.4 The Psychologist reserves the right to refer the client to a psychiatrist or other medical specialist if clinical assessment indicates the need for pharmacological intervention or specialised medical care beyond the scope of psychological practice in Uganda.
3.5 All records, reports, and session notes generated during the engagement remain the confidential property of the client and the practising Psychologist in Uganda Kampala, protected under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include travel expenses for engagements outside the Kampala Central Division. Additional travel costs for districts such as Wakiso, Mukono, or Entebbe will be quoted separately at UGX 50,000 per hour of travel time.
3.7 The Psychologist shall provide a written progress summary at the conclusion of every four (4) sessions, at no additional charge, to ensure the client remains informed of therapeutic progress.
Note: This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for psychological services in Uganda Kampala as of June 2025. Rates are subject to annual review. The client is encouraged to confirm availability and scheduling at the time of acceptance. All services are delivered in English, Luganda, or a combination thereof, depending on the client's preference.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Psychologist in Uganda Kampala.
