1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the designated Psychologist are subject to reconfirmation.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal monthly installments, or in full within fourteen (14) days of service completion, whichever is earlier. Payment may be made via bank transfer to our UAE corporate account, or by approved corporate credit card.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of scheduled Psychologist sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the applicable session rate. Cancellation of the entire engagement prior to the first session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection: All client information is handled in strict accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the DHA's clinical data governance framework. The Psychologist is bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the UAE Code of Ethics for Psychologists.
5. Regulatory Compliance: All psychological services described in this Quotation Estimate are delivered by a Psychologist holding a valid DHA professional license, registered with the Dubai Department of Health. The practice operates under DED trade license and adheres to all federal and emirate-level regulations applicable to mental health services in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
6. Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate does not include psychiatric medication management, inpatient hospitalization, or emergency psychiatric intervention. Should the treating Psychologist determine that a psychiatric referral is clinically indicated, a separate referral and cost estimate will be provided.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the services herein shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
