Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of invoice issuance. A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount, equivalent to £1,072.50, is required to secure the Psychologist's availability and confirm the booking. The remaining balance shall be invoiced upon completion of all scheduled sessions. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Whitfield Psychological Services Ltd, Bank: Barclays, Sort Code: 20-45-16, Account No: 58392017, or by cheque made payable to the practice name. Late payments shall incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Kingdom London area.
- All services shall be delivered by the named Psychologist, Dr. Eleanor Whitfield, or by a suitably qualified associate of equivalent standing should the primary Psychologist be unavailable due to illness or prior professional commitment. The client will be notified of any substitution no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
- Confidentiality is maintained in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. All client records are stored securely at the London practice premises and are subject to the professional confidentiality obligations of the BPS and HCPC.
- Cancellations must be provided with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice. Cancellations made within this window will be subject to a fee of fifty percent (50%) of the session rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated by signing the copy of this document and returning it to the practice, or by written email confirmation referencing the Quotation number QTE-2025-LON-0487.
- All services are conducted in compliance with the regulatory standards of the Health and Care Professions Council and the ethical code of the British Psychological Society, as applicable to practice in the United Kingdom London jurisdiction.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the procedures of the London Dispute Resolution Centre, or alternatively through the courts of England and Wales.
