• Late Payment: Any instalment not received within fourteen (14) calendar days of its due date shall incur a late payment charge of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
• Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel any individual session with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than forty-eight hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Cancellation of the entire programme requires thirty (30) days' written notice.
• Confidentiality: All clinical records, assessment data, and session notes held by the Psychologist are subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
