Scope of Services – Psychologist EngagementThe following Quotation Estimate covers the full range of services that our registered Psychologist will deliver as part of this engagement. All services are conducted in compliance with the Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe (HPCZ) regulations and the Zimbabwean Mental Health Act (Chapter 16:03). The Psychologist assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, is a full member of the Zimbabwe Psychological Association, and has a minimum of eight years of practising experience in Zimbabwe Harare.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Psychologist and the centre reserve the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 70% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the engagement and 50% upon delivery of the final psychological report. All payments are to be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account details provided, or by certified cheque payable to Harare Psychological Wellness Centre.
3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client need to cancel or reschedule a session with the Psychologist, a minimum of 24 hours' written notice is required. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the session rate. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
4. Confidentiality: All information shared during the engagement will be treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with the Zimbabwean Mental Health Act and the HPCZ Code of Professional Conduct. The Psychologist will not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except where legally mandated.
5. Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services explicitly listed above. Any additional sessions, assessments, or interventions beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the standard Psychologist consultation rate prevailing in Zimbabwe Harare.
6. Professional Standards: The Psychologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate is bound by the ethical guidelines of the Zimbabwe Psychological Association and the Health Professions Council of Zimbabwe. Clients are entitled to a copy of the Psychologist's HPCZ registration certificate upon request.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the HPCZ for mediation in accordance with Zimbabwean law.
Acceptance and AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions set out in this Quotation Estimate. The client further confirms that the engagement of the Psychologist described herein is for the sole benefit of the client or the client's designated individuals, and that all services will be delivered within the Zimbabwe Harare jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
