All prices listed in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 19% as mandated by the Algerian tax authority. No additional hidden charges will be applied beyond the scope described herein. Should the volume of patient cases exceed the estimated thresholds by more than twenty percent (20%), a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days to reflect the adjusted compensation for the Radiologist.

Scope of Work and Professional Obligations

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the Clinique El Chifa facility in Algeria Algiers:

Interpret all diagnostic imaging studies including but not limited to plain radiographs, CT scans, MRI sequences, and real-time ultrasound examinations.
Produce detailed, accurate, and timely written reports in both Arabic and French, in compliance with the Algerian Ministry of Health reporting standards.
Perform and supervise interventional radiology procedures under appropriate sterile conditions and patient safety protocols.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and clinical consultations as requested by the treating physicians at the clinic.
Maintain and update the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within Algeria Algiers.
Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines established by the Algerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (ANR).
Provide on-site availability from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with on-call availability for emergency imaging as specified in this Quotation Estimate.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by MediScan Diagnostic Center.
The contractual engagement of the Radiologist shall commence on the first business day following mutual written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All disputes arising from the engagement of the Radiologist shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algeria Algiers.
MediScan Diagnostic Center shall maintain professional liability insurance covering the Radiologist with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 DZD per claim, as required by Algerian medical practice regulations.
All patient data and medical records shall be handled in strict accordance with the Algerian data protection law and the professional confidentiality obligations binding all healthcare practitioners in Algeria Algiers.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Radiologist at the specified facility in Algeria Algiers.
