This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Sydney Advanced Radiology & Imaging Centre to provide St. Vincent's Medical Group with a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a full-time Radiologist and associated diagnostic imaging services. The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will meet all regulatory requirements set forth by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Royal Australasian College of Radiologists. The practitioner will maintain a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology, with specific expertise in oncological imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal imaging. All services will be delivered in strict compliance with the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998 and the NSW Radiation Protection Act 2019, ensuring patient safety and radiation dose optimisation in accordance with national guidelines.

Payment Schedule: Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within 30 days of the invoice date via direct bank transfer to the account details provided on each invoice.
Deposit: A 10% deposit of the total Quotation Estimate value (AUD $81,158.00) is required upon acceptance of this document to secure the Radiologist's engagement for the initial contract period.
Additional Procedures: Any interventional radiology procedures exceeding the 8 per month allowance outlined in Item 03 will be billed at the standard unit rate of AUD $1,250.00 per procedure, subject to prior written authorisation from the Chief Medical Officer.
Tax and GST: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, unless otherwise specified. GST will be applied to all taxable services as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
Price Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, regulatory changes, or adjustments to the Australian Medical Workforce Index.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 90 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
Confidentiality: All patient data, diagnostic reports, and imaging records generated under this Quotation Estimate shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. The Radiologist is bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Sydney, Australia.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith financial projection and does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The final service agreement will be executed separately and will incorporate all terms outlined herein.
