The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must satisfy the following minimum qualifications as mandated by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau:

• Valid practicing license issued by the National Health Commission (NHC) of China, or a recognized foreign medical license with NHC equivalency certification.
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology from an accredited institution (e.g., American Board of Radiology, Royal College of Radiologists, or Chinese Medical Doctor Association).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of post-graduate clinical experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology.
