Thank you for your inquiry regarding the provision of a qualified Radiologist for ongoing diagnostic imaging services at Al-Nile General Hospital. We are pleased to submit this Quotation Estimate for your review. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to reflect the full scope of Radiologist services available at our facility in Egypt Cairo, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards set by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Egyptian Society of Radiology.

SCOPE OF SERVICES – RADIOLIST CONSULTATION & DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING

This Quotation Estimate covers the engagement of a board-certified Radiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretation, clinical consultation, and reporting services at the client's facility located in Egypt Cairo. The Radiologist will be available on a full-time basis (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday morning availability) and will operate within the radiology department of Al-Nile General Hospital in Egypt Cairo.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is based on current market rates for a senior Radiologist in Egypt Cairo as of June 2025. All prices are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to revision should the exchange rate or government-mandated fee schedules change during the contract period. The Radiologist named in this Quotation Estimate holds a valid Egyptian Medical Specialization Board certificate in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Radiologist services may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month contract duration. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Cairo Medical Imaging Center, Egypt Cairo.
The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by the Egyptian Medical Ethics Code and shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 per incident, as required by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate in Egypt Cairo.
All diagnostic reports produced by the Radiologist shall be issued in both Arabic and English, in compliance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health reporting standards applicable in Egypt Cairo.
The client (Al-Nile General Hospital) is responsible for providing all necessary imaging equipment, PACS infrastructure, and a dedicated workspace for the Radiologist within the hospital premises in Egypt Cairo.
Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Radiologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal service-level agreement (SLA) specific to the Radiologist engagement in Egypt Cairo shall be executed within fourteen (14) days.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Cairo.

ACCEPTANCE & AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Radiologist services in Egypt Cairo and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
