3. Scope of the Radiologist's Responsibilities

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the designated facility in Ethiopia Addis Ababa:

Interpret and report all radiographic, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine studies within the hospital's turnaround time standards.
Provide real-time imaging guidance for interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and angiographic studies.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical consultations as required by the hospital's medical staff.
Maintain and update all patient imaging records in compliance with Ethiopian data protection and patient privacy laws.
Supervise and mentor junior radiology residents and radiologic technologists assigned to the Ethiopia Addis Ababa site.
Ensure quality assurance protocols are followed for all imaging equipment and diagnostic outputs.
Submit monthly activity reports to the Head of Radiology and the hospital administration.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of each invoice date. A 5% late payment penalty applies per Ethiopian commercial law.
Currency: All amounts are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). For international remittances, conversion shall be at the National Bank of Ethiopia's official rate on the day of transaction.
