1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to changes in French healthcare regulations, equipment costs, or market conditions in the Marseille region.
2. Scope of Services: All radiologist services listed above are to be performed by or under the direct supervision of a Radiologist holding a valid French medical licence (Inscription à l'Ordre des Médecins) and, where applicable, a subspecialty certification in diagnostic or interventional radiology.
3. Scheduling: Appointments for the Radiologist and imaging procedures in France Marseille will be scheduled within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Urgent or emergency radiological consultations may be accommodated on a 24/7 basis at an additional surcharge of 35%.
4. Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days following the completion of all radiologist services. Payment shall be made by bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details provided on the final invoice.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled radiologist appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked service. No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Data Protection: All patient data processed in connection with these radiologist services in France Marseille shall be handled in strict accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
