- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs in Ghana Accra.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first three months of service delivery, and the remaining 20% upon final completion and sign-off.
- All Radiologist services will be rendered in accordance with the Ghana Health Service regulatory framework and the ethical guidelines of the West African College of Radiology.
- The Radiologist and supporting team shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Confidentiality of all patient data and imaging records is guaranteed in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
- Any cancellation or modification of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be communicated in writing at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 599).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
