• Availability of a board-certified Radiologist (MRD, DNB, or MD in Radiodiagnosis) for a minimum of 12 hours per day, six days per week.
• Emergency radiology consultation and on-call availability for critical imaging reports within 30 minutes of request.
• Weekly multidisciplinary tumor board participation and case review sessions.
• Maintenance of digital radiology reports in the hospital's PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and HIS (Hospital Information System).
• Quality assurance audits of imaging reports on a monthly basis to ensure diagnostic accuracy and compliance with IRDAI and NABH standards applicable in India Bangalore.
• Training and mentoring of junior radiology residents and radiographers as per the hospital's academic calendar.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Radiologist fees and associated charges may be revised to reflect current market rates in India Bangalore.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon signing the service agreement, with the remaining 50% due by the 5th of the following month. Payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account specified in the contract.
• The Radiologist shall maintain valid registration with the Karnataka Medical Council and a current IRDI license. Copies of credentials shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
• Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., interventional radiology procedures, second-opinion consultations for external patients) shall be billed separately at rates mutually agreed upon in writing.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such an event, pro-rata charges for the Radiologist services rendered up to the termination date shall be payable.
• All radiology reports generated under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client hospital. The Radiologist shall adhere to the hospital's data privacy and patient confidentiality policies in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, applicable across India Bangalore.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
