The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting all modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy. The engagement includes on-call availability for emergency imaging reports, participation in multidisciplinary tumour board meetings, and periodic quality assurance audits as mandated by the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) guidelines and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) standards applicable in India Mumbai.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the India Mumbai healthcare sector.
- The Radiologist named in this estimate shall be a registered practitioner with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) and shall hold valid DNB or MD (Radiodiagnosis) credentials.
- Payment terms: 50% advance against the monthly professional fee, with the remaining 50% payable within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. Interventional procedure fees shall be invoiced per case and settled within 7 working days.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Radiation Protection Rules, 2017, and the guidelines issued by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB), Government of India.
- The Radiologist shall maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the hospital's internal data governance policies.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, PACS infrastructure, or consumables, which shall be borne by the client institution.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
