1. Scope of Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by the undersigned Radiologist in New Delhi, India, to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of advanced radiological diagnostic services. The scope encompasses the provision of a full-time senior Radiologist for a period of twelve (12) months, including on-site reporting, tele-radiology support, quality assurance audits, and academic training sessions for junior imaging staff at the client's facility located in New Delhi, India. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 18% as mandated by the Government of India.

3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Radiologist reserves the right to revise the pricing structure due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or availability constraints in New Delhi, India.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be disbursed in two equal quarterly instalments. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist.
The Radiologist shall maintain valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) and a current Practising Certificate throughout the engagement period in New Delhi, India.
All diagnostic reports generated by the Radiologist shall be issued within four (4) hours for routine studies and within one (1) hour for emergency/STAT cases, in compliance with the standards set by the Radiological Society of India (RSI).
Confidentiality: The Radiologist shall adhere strictly to the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct) Regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, ensuring complete patient data privacy for all imaging studies conducted in New Delhi, India.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, contrast media, PACS software licensing, or any capital expenditure. These shall be borne separately by the client organisation.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in Section 2 of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges at the prevailing Radiologist consultation rates in New Delhi, India.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
The Radiologist shall carry a minimum of ₹50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh Indian Rupees) professional indemnity insurance coverage for the entire duration of the contract.

4. Acceptance & Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Radiologist in New Delhi, India. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
