- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing may be subject to revision based on changes in equipment costs, regulatory fee adjustments, or market conditions in Iran Tehran.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this estimate. The remaining 60% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all imaging procedures and delivery of the final Radiologist reports. Payment may be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the imaging facility in Tehran.
- Scope of Practice: The Radiologist engaged under this estimate shall perform all diagnostic imaging interpretations in strict accordance with the guidelines published by the Iranian Society of Radiology and the World Federation for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB). All procedures will be conducted at an accredited facility located within the Tehran metropolitan area.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, imaging files, and diagnostic reports shall be handled in full compliance with the Iranian Data Protection Law and the professional ethical code of the Tehran Medical Association. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the client or the patient.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should the client wish to cancel or reschedule any imaging appointment, a notice of at least 48 hours in advance is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled procedure will incur a 25% administrative fee on the applicable service line item.
- Warranty of Service: The Radiologist guarantees that all diagnostic reports will be delivered within 24 hours of procedure completion (48 hours for complex multi-modality studies). In the event of a misinterpretation confirmed by a second-opinion Radiologist panel, the cost of the re-examination shall be borne entirely by the service provider.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Iran Tehran or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center (TIAC).
