This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all professional fees, operational costs, and supplementary charges associated with the Radiologist's deployment, training, and ongoing clinical support throughout the contracted period in the Baghdad metropolitan area.

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the facilities located in Iraq Baghdad:

• Interpretation and reporting of all X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound imaging studies performed at the hospital's radiology department.
• Supervision and quality assurance of imaging procedures conducted by radiology technicians and junior medical staff.
• Emergency radiology coverage, including on-call availability for critical imaging cases during night shifts and weekends in Baghdad.
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical consultations as required by the hospital's medical committee.
• Maintenance and calibration oversight of all radiological equipment, including two CT scanners, one 1.5T MRI unit, and four digital X-ray systems.
• Monthly reporting to hospital administration on imaging volumes, diagnostic accuracy metrics, and equipment utilization rates.
• Continuing medical education and participation in at least two radiology conferences per year, preferably held in Baghdad or the broader Iraqi region.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires revalidation of all listed rates.
• Payment shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the designated account of MediScan Radiology & Diagnostic Center, Baghdad, Iraq. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears.
• A 10% advance payment is required upon signing the service agreement to initiate visa processing and accommodation arrangements for the Radiologist in Iraq Baghdad.
• The Radiologist shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the Baghdad Health Directorate, including annual medical fitness examinations and radiation safety certifications.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused fees will be calculated and issued within thirty days.
• All patient data and imaging records handled by the Radiologist are subject to Iraqi data protection laws and the hospital's internal confidentiality policies. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed prior to commencement of duties.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include Iraqi government taxes, VAT, or any municipal levies applicable in Baghdad, which shall be borne separately by the client as per local legislation.
• Any changes to the scope of Radiologist services, additional imaging modalities, or extended working hours must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
