This Quotation Estimate covers a full twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 August 2025. All Radiologist services will be delivered at our primary facility on Waiyaki Way, Westlands, Kenya Nairobi, as well as at your designated site within the Nairobi metropolitan area. Our Radiologist team will ensure that all diagnostic reports are delivered within four (4) hours for routine studies and within one (1) hour for emergency and critical findings, in full compliance with the Kenya Health Sector Strategic Plan and the standards set by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.

All imaging equipment used in the delivery of these services is calibrated and maintained in accordance with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) radiation safety guidelines. Each Radiologist report will include structured findings, impressions, and recommended follow-up, transmitted electronically via our secure PACS platform to your hospital information system.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the service period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch, Kenya Nairobi.
All Radiologist services are subject to the availability of the specific specialist. In the event of unavailability, a qualified substitute Radiologist of equivalent or higher seniority will be assigned at no additional cost.
Client is responsible for providing a suitable, radiation-safe environment for any on-site imaging procedures conducted at their facility in Kenya Nairobi.
Confidentiality: All patient data and imaging records handled by our Radiologist team shall be treated in strict accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and the KMPDC Code of Professional Conduct.
Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
