- This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Medical Imaging Center for the provision of Radiologist diagnostic and interventional services at the client facility located in Kuwait, Kuwait City. All Radiologist personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid Kuwaiti medical practice licenses and board certifications in Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology.
- The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is inclusive of all Radiologist professional fees, on-call allowances, and administrative overhead. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate is executed in writing by both parties.
- Payment for services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be made within thirty (30) days of the monthly invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- The Radiologist services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the availability of imaging equipment at the client's facility in Kuwait City. In the event of equipment downtime exceeding 48 hours, the corresponding Radiologist fee for that period shall be prorated.
- All diagnostic reports produced by the Radiologist shall be delivered electronically via the hospital PACS system within four (4) hours for routine studies and within one (1) hour for emergency/STAT studies, in accordance with Kuwait Ministry of Health radiology reporting guidelines.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of Radiologist services. This Quotation Estimate is valid only for the period stated above and is non-transferable.
- Confidentiality: All patient data and imaging studies handled by the Radiologist under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated in strict accordance with Kuwait's data protection regulations and the hospital's internal privacy policies.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the Kuwait Commercial Courts in Kuwait City.
