3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any changes in the New Zealand Wellington healthcare market, staffing costs, or regulatory requirements will be issued at no additional charge.
3.2 All Radiologist services described herein shall be performed in strict compliance with the New Zealand Radiological Society (NZRS) practice standards, the Radiation Protection Act 2005, and the guidelines issued by the New Zealand Health Authority. The appointed Radiologist holds full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and maintains current specialist certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
3.3 Payment terms: Invoices will be issued on the last working day of each calendar month. Payment is due within twenty-one (21) days of the invoice date via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Wellington Radiology & Imaging Centre account. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Interest on Debts Act 1997 (New Zealand).
3.4 The total estimated cost of NZD $98,992.00 (inclusive of 15% GST) is a fixed-price Quotation Estimate for the twelve-month engagement period. Any additional services, sub-specialty consultations beyond the allocated hours, or emergency call-outs exceeding the agreed schedule will be billed separately at the rates specified in Schedule A of the master service agreement.
3.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement, incorporating all terms, conditions, service-level agreements, and data protection provisions under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any Radiologist services.
3.6 All patient imaging data and clinical reports generated under this engagement shall be stored and managed in accordance with New Zealand health information privacy legislation. Data will be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with the Health Records and Privacy Code of Practice.
