This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lagos Advanced Imaging & Radiology Centre to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a qualified Radiologist for diagnostic imaging, interpretation, and clinical consultation services to be delivered within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate outlining all professional fees, equipment usage charges, and ancillary costs that the client may incur upon acceptance of the proposed Radiologist services.
Our Radiologist team in Nigeria Lagos comprises board-certified specialists registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and the Nigerian Society of Radiology. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are performed in compliance with the National Health Act 2014 and the regulatory standards set by the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria.

The above Quotation Estimate includes the professional fees of the Radiologist, use of imaging equipment, contrast media (where applicable), digital image storage, and a written diagnostic report delivered within 24 hours of the procedure. All services are rendered at our facility in Nigeria Lagos or, where the client requests, at the client's designated hospital or clinic within the Lagos State jurisdiction.
Please note that the following items are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be billed separately if required:
- Transportation and logistics for mobile Radiologist units to off-site locations in Nigeria Lagos (NGN 25,000 per deployment).
- Pathology and histology processing following interventional Radiologist procedures (NGN 40,000 – 120,000 depending on specimen type).
- Repeat imaging or follow-up scans beyond the initial Radiologist assessment.
- Pharmaceuticals, anaesthesia, or sedation administered during interventional procedures.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
4.2 Payment for the Radiologist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of service delivery. A 5% late-payment penalty shall apply to outstanding balances beyond the stipulated period.
4.3 The client is required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice for scheduling the Radiologist for any procedure listed in this Quotation Estimate, except in cases of medical emergency within Nigeria Lagos.
4.4 All diagnostic reports produced by our Radiologist team are confidential and shall be shared only with the treating physician or the patient, in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
4.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via email, signed letter, or official purchase order.
4.6 In the event of cancellation by the client within 24 hours of a scheduled Radiologist appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled procedure cost shall be applicable.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the Nigeria Lagos region and reflects current pricing as of June 2025. All Radiologist fees are subject to annual review by the Lagos State Medical and Dental Practitioners Board. Clients are advised to confirm final pricing with our billing department prior to scheduling.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above for the engagement of the Radiologist services in Nigeria Lagos.
