The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Pakistan Islamabad metropolitan area and its immediate suburbs including Rawalpindi, Bahria Town, and DHA sectors:
- Interpretation and reporting of all diagnostic imaging modalities including X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography.
- On-site and tele-radiology consultation services for partner hospitals and clinics in Islamabad.
- Emergency radiological reporting with a guaranteed turnaround time of no more than 30 minutes for critical cases.
- Second opinion services for complex or ambiguous imaging findings.
- Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and clinical case conferences.
- Training and mentoring of junior radiology residents and radiographers at affiliated institutions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Annual quality assurance audits of imaging equipment and reporting standards.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments over the contract duration.
- The Radiologist shall maintain valid Professional Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) registration and malpractice insurance throughout the engagement period.
- All diagnostic reports issued by the Radiologist shall comply with the standards set by the Pakistan Medical Association and international radiology reporting guidelines (ACR / RCR).
- Confidentiality: All patient data and imaging records shall be handled in strict accordance with the Pakistan Personal Data Protection Act and institutional privacy policies applicable in Islamabad.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, contrast media, or consumables unless explicitly stated in the itemized table above.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the service provider.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan.
- The Radiologist reserves the right to decline any imaging interpretation that falls outside their subspecialty competency, with a referral to an appropriate specialist within 24 hours.
