The Radiologist is registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and the Sindh Medical Council, Karachi. The scope of services covered under this Quotation Estimate includes but is not limited to the following:

• Interpretation and written reporting of all X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound studies performed at the facility in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Emergency and on-call Radiologist availability for critical imaging reports within 30 minutes, seven days a week.
• Second-opinion radiological consultations for complex cases referred from hospitals across Karachi and the Sindh province.
• Guided interventional radiology procedures including CT-guided biopsies, drainage procedures, and vascular interventions.
• Monthly radiology audit and quality assurance review for the referring institution.
• Tele-radiology support for partner clinics in the Karachi region, Pakistan, ensuring timely diagnostic turnaround.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Radiologist service rates may be revised in accordance with prevailing market conditions in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% due by the 5th of the following month via bank transfer to the account of Al-Noor Diagnostic & Imaging Centre, HBL Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi.
• All Radiologist reports shall be generated in both English and Urdu to comply with the bilingual reporting standards mandated by the Pakistan Medical Commission for facilities operating in Karachi.
• The Radiologist shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 50,000,000, as required by the Sindh Medical Council, Karachi.
• Any additional interventional procedures beyond the 10 monthly procedures listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at PKR 25,000 per procedure, subject to prior written approval.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, contrast media, or consumables, which shall be billed separately at the facility's standard rates in Karachi, Pakistan.
• Confidentiality: All patient imaging data and radiological reports shall be handled in strict compliance with the Pakistan Data Protection Act and the ethical guidelines of the Pakistan Radiological Society.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, all pending Radiologist reports shall be completed and delivered within seven (7) working days.
