The Radiologist will be responsible for the interpretation of all imaging modalities including but not limited to X-ray, CT (Computed Tomography), MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), Ultrasound, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine scans. The scope includes on-site presence, tele-radiology support, emergency read-out services, and participation in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings as required by the Qatar Doha healthcare regulatory framework.

The Radiologist proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds the following credentials: Fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology (FRCR), Board Certification in Interventional Radiology, minimum 15 years of clinical experience in tertiary care hospitals, and full registration with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). The Radiologist is proficient in English and Arabic, ensuring seamless communication with patients and referring physicians across the Qatar Doha healthcare network.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month service period.
All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by MediScan Radiology & Diagnostic Center, Doha, Qatar.
The Radiologist shall comply with all data protection and patient confidentiality regulations as mandated by the Qatar Doha Ministry of Public Health and the Qatar Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
Any additional interventional procedures beyond the estimated 60 will be billed at the unit rate specified in Line Item 4, subject to prior written approval.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, PACS infrastructure, or facility maintenance, which remain the responsibility of the client institution in Qatar Doha.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Qatar Doha, shall extend the service period proportionally without additional charge.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Radiologist services as described herein, to be delivered at the designated facility in Qatar Doha. This signature constitutes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
