The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following core responsibilities within the operational boundaries of Russia Saint Petersburg:

Interpretation of all diagnostic imaging modalities including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), plain radiography, fluoroscopy, and diagnostic ultrasound, performed at the client's facility or at MedScan's imaging center located on Nevsky Prospekt, Saint Petersburg.
Provision of timely, detailed, and clinically actionable written reports in both Russian and English, delivered electronically via the integrated PACS system within four (4) hours for routine studies and within one (1) hour for urgent or emergency cases.
Availability for direct clinical consultation with referring physicians, surgeons, and oncologists to discuss complex radiological findings and recommend further imaging or interventional procedures.
Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical case conferences as required by the client's medical team, no more than two (2) sessions per month.
Maintenance of all patient data in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the data protection regulations applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
All prices are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are inclusive of the Radiologist's professional fees, administrative overhead, and standard diagnostic equipment usage. Consumables for interventional procedures are billed separately at cost.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of each monthly service cycle.
The Radiologist's engagement is governed by a separate Service Agreement to be executed upon the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Service Agreement will specify liability, insurance, confidentiality, and termination clauses in compliance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
MedScan Diagnostics Center holds a valid Medical Activity License (License No. ЛО-78-01-003456) issued by the Committee for Health of the City of Saint Petersburg. The assigned Radiologist holds a valid specialist certificate and is registered in the Federal Register of Medical Practitioners.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. It serves solely as a preliminary financial estimate for the client's internal approval process. A formal contract must be signed by both parties before any services commence.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Russia Saint Petersburg, may result in temporary suspension of services without penalty to either party.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the described Radiologist services, pricing, and terms are acceptable for implementation in Russia Saint Petersburg. This signature authorizes MedScan Diagnostics Center to proceed with the preparation of the formal Service Agreement.
