This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nour Medical Imaging Center to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified and board-certified Radiologist to deliver diagnostic imaging interpretation services within the Jeddah, Saudi Arabia region. The Radiologist will be responsible for the complete interpretation of all radiological examinations, including but not limited to X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy studies. All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) board certification in Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology. A minimum of five (5) years of post-fellowship clinical experience in a tertiary care facility is required. The Radiologist must possess a valid practicing license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Health and must be proficient in both English and Arabic medical reporting. Prior experience operating within the healthcare infrastructure of Saudi Arabia Jeddah, including familiarity with local referral networks, insurance providers (Bupa, Tawuniya, MedGulf, etc.), and the Saudi Health Insurance Authority (CCHI) billing protocols, is strongly preferred.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing.
• Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon contract signing. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within 15 business days of invoice receipt.
• Currency: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable Saudi Arabia VAT at 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
• Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of Radiologist services, additional imaging modalities, or extended on-call hours beyond those specified herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing.
• Confidentiality: All patient data, imaging studies, and clinical reports handled by the Radiologist shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations and the facility's internal privacy policies.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, pro-rated charges for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
