Payment shall be made in monthly installments of 116,600 SAR (inclusive of VAT and discount), due within 30 days of invoice issuance. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the provider's account in Saudi Arabia. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive service agreement.
Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
- All Radiologist personnel assigned under this agreement shall hold valid SCFHS board certification and an active practice license issued by the Saudi Ministry of Health. Copies of credentials shall be provided prior to commencement.
- The provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 SAR, compliant with Saudi Arabian insurance regulations.
- All patient data and imaging reports shall be handled in strict accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and MOH data governance standards. Data shall be stored on servers located within Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered shall apply.
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or by arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Riyadh, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a maximum of 90 consecutive days.
- All rates quoted are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. No additional charges shall apply without prior written consent from the client.
