Thank you for your request for a Quotation Estimate regarding the engagement of a qualified Radiologist to provide diagnostic imaging interpretation services at your facility. East African Medical Imaging & Diagnostics Ltd. is pleased to submit this comprehensive Quotation Estimate for your review. This document outlines the full scope of Radiologist services, associated costs, and terms applicable to operations within Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services at the designated facility in Tanzania Dar es Salaam:

• Interpretation of all X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound imaging studies performed at the facility.
• Provision of written diagnostic reports within 24 hours for routine cases and 4 hours for urgent/emergency cases.
• Supervision and quality assurance of radiographic procedures conducted by radiologic technologists.
• Participation in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and clinical case conferences.
• Mentorship and training of junior radiology staff and medical students from the University of Dar es Salaam College of Medicine.
• Availability for on-call consultation during weekends and public holidays as per the agreed rotation schedule.
• Compliance with all regulatory standards set by the Tanzania Medical and Dental Council (TMDA) and the Tanzania Food and Drug Authority (TFDA).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fourteen (14) days of invoice submission. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month.
• The Radiologist engaged under this agreement must hold a valid practicing license issued by the Tanzania Medical and Dental Council (TMDA) and a subspecialty certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
• All services shall be rendered in accordance with the National Health Policy of Tanzania and applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, a replacement Radiologist of equivalent qualification shall be provided within thirty (30) days at no additional cost.
• Confidentiality of all patient data and medical records shall be maintained in strict compliance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.

Note: All costs quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 18% as applicable in Tanzania. The Radiologist service fees are subject to annual review in accordance with the Tanzania Public Service Salary Structure and private sector benchmarks in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of a Radiologist in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
