The following Quotation Estimate covers the full spectrum of Radiologist diagnostic interpretation services to be delivered at the Abu Dhabi facility. The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid DHA (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) professional license, a Fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology from an internationally recognized institution, and a minimum of twelve (12) years of clinical experience in cross-sectional imaging, interventional radiology, and advanced diagnostic modalities. The Radiologist will be available on a full-time basis, Monday through Saturday, from 07:00 to 19:00 UAE Standard Time, with on-call availability for emergency and urgent imaging referrals.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision in accordance with prevailing market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis. Payment is due within twenty-one (21) days from the date of invoice receipt. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law.
4.3 Regulatory Compliance: The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain a valid DHA (Abu Dhabi) professional license throughout the contract period. All diagnostic reports shall comply with the Abu Dhabi Health Authority's clinical governance and patient data protection regulations.
4.4 Confidentiality: All patient imaging data and clinical records handled by the Radiologist shall be treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
4.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Courts of Justice or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Radiologist services in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This Quotation Estimate, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement between the parties.
