- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-confirmation of pricing and availability of the Radiologist.
- All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 5% as mandated by the Federal Tax Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
- The Radiologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a valid DHA or MOHAP professional license, a recognized post-graduate qualification in Diagnostic Radiology, and a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in the United Arab Emirates Dubai healthcare sector.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon signing of the service agreement, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within fifteen (15) days of each invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month.
- The client (Al Noor Medical Group LLC) shall provide a suitable clinical workspace, access to PACS/RIS systems, and all necessary imaging equipment at the designated facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) incorporating the terms herein.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all fees for the notice period shall remain payable.
- All medical reports and patient data handled by the Radiologist shall comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and DHA data governance regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
- This Quotation Estimate is subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Dubai Health Authority governing the practice of radiology in Dubai.
