The Radiologist team engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds full GMC registration, specialist certification in diagnostic radiology, and extensive clinical experience within the United Kingdom Birmingham healthcare network.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Quotation Estimate expire without acceptance, all rates and terms must be renegotiated in writing.
2. All Radiologist services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by GMC-registered Consultant Radiologists operating from our facility in Birmingham, United Kingdom, or at the client's designated site within the Birmingham metropolitan area.
3. Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, United Kingdom.
4. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imaging equipment, contrast media, or consumables unless explicitly stated. Any additional Radiologist services requested beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
5. All diagnostic reports produced by the Radiologist team will be delivered electronically via the client's secure PACS system within four (4) hours for routine studies and within one (1) hour for urgent/emergency studies, in accordance with United Kingdom NHS and private sector reporting standards.
6. The Radiologist services provided under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. All patient imaging data will be stored and processed in compliance with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
7. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
8. Liability: The total liability of Birmingham Advanced Radiology & Imaging Centre under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total value of the Quotation Estimate. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Quotation Estimate due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions within the United Kingdom.
