This Quotation Estimate is issued by Manchester Radiology & Imaging Centre in response to the formal request for professional radiological diagnostic services to be delivered within the Manchester metropolitan area, United Kingdom. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-issuance and may be subject to revised pricing.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via BACS transfer to the account details provided. Late payments will accrue interest at 2% per month in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable in the United Kingdom.
- Scope Limitations: The Radiologist's services are limited to diagnostic and interventional radiology as described herein. Any additional procedures, extended hours, or specialist sub-discipline work (e.g., paediatric radiology, nuclear medicine) will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: All patient data handled by the Radiologist shall be processed in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Manchester Radiology & Imaging Centre maintains ISO 27001 certification for information security.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Radiologist is bound by the Medical Profession (Standards of Conduct) regulations and the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exemptions) Regulations 2017. All imaging equipment in Manchester facilities is calibrated and inspected in line with the Ionising Radiation Regulations 2017.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with ninety (90) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- Insurance: The Radiologist maintains professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £10,000,000 per claim, held with a UK-registered insurer. Certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.
