3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Robotics Engineer services and associated materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Algeria.
3.2 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of mechanical installation (Item 04), and 30% upon successful Site Acceptance Test (Item 06). All payments shall be made in Algerian Dinars (DZD) via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Robotics Solutions SARL.
3.3 The Robotics Engineer team will be stationed at the client's premises in Algiers, Algeria, during active project phases. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to the production floor, and necessary safety equipment for the engineering team.
3.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional Robotics Engineer hours beyond the quoted duration will be billed at a rate of 45,000 DZD per hour.
3.5 All intellectual property, design documents, and program code developed by the Robotics Engineer under this contract shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Atlas Robotics Solutions SARL retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
3.7 The Robotics Engineer services are subject to the availability of specialized components. In the event of supply chain delays beyond 15 business days, the project timeline shall be extended accordingly without penalty to either party.
