This Quotation Estimate outlines the following milestone-based payment structure. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date in accordance with the Australian Commercial Credit Act 2013 (Qld).
- Milestone 1 — 25% ($38,046.25 incl. GST): Due upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate.
- Milestone 2 — 30% ($45,655.50 incl. GST): Due upon approval of the system architecture design and 3D CAD package by the client.
- Milestone 3 — 30% ($45,655.50 incl. GST): Due upon completion of on-site installation and successful commissioning at the Australia Brisbane facility.
- Milestone 4 — 15% ($22,827.75 incl. GST): Due upon completion of operator training and handover of all documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or exchange rates applicable in Australia Brisbane.

- Liability under this engagement is capped at the total value of this Quotation Estimate. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Queensland Small Claims Commission or, where the amount exceeds the jurisdictional limit, the Supreme Court of Queensland, Brisbane.
