The engagement includes requirements analysis, mechanical and electrical system design, PLC and HMI programming, end-effector selection and calibration, safety interlock installation, operator training, and a minimum of six months of remote and on-site technical support. All deliverables will comply with the Bangladesh National Standards and applicable international robotics safety guidelines (ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066).

• Advance Payment: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate value (BDT 1,303,065) due within 7 working days of signed acceptance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• The Robotics Engineer team shall adhere to all local labour laws, occupational health and safety regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and site-specific safety protocols.
• Client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible work environment, necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network), and all third-party permits required for robotic installation in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Any scope changes or additional work beyond the defined deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written client approval before execution.
• Intellectual property of custom programs, designs, and documentation developed under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
• Warranty on robotic hardware is governed by the respective OEM terms. Labour warranty for integration and programming work is 12 months from the date of final acceptance.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh Dhaka.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Bangladesh Dhaka region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
