Scope of Work – Robotics Engineer Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Technova Robotics Solutions SRL to EuroMed Logistics & Automation BV for the provision of a dedicated Robotics Engineer to support the design, integration, and commissioning of an automated pallet-handling system within the client's distribution facility located in Belgium Brussels. The Robotics Engineer will be embedded on-site at the Belgium Brussels premises for the duration of the project and will report directly to the client's Operations Director while maintaining technical oversight from Technova Robotics Solutions SRL.
The Robotics Engineer assigned to this engagement holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, possesses over twelve years of professional experience in industrial robotic cell design, and is certified in KUKA, FANUC, and ABB robotic platform programming. Payment Terms

- 30% final payment (€ 42,289.50 incl. VAT) due within 30 days of successful Site Acceptance Test sign-off.

- Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book XVII).
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labour market conditions in Belgium Brussels.
- The Robotics Engineer shall be subject to the health and safety regulations applicable in Belgium Brussels, including the obligations under the Belgian Labour Code and the specific provisions of the Royal Decree of 27 April 2001 on the coordination of activities of multiple undertakings.
- All intellectual property rights in designs, code, and documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment of all amounts due under this Quotation Estimate.
- Technova Robotics Solutions SRL shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of € 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the project duration in Belgium Brussels.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Belgium Brussels.
- The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable EU directives, Belgian national regulations, and local Belgium Brussels municipal bylaws pertaining to industrial robotics, noise emission, and workplace safety.
