The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will provide the following professional services at the designated site in Brazil Brasília:

• System Design & Architecture: Full conceptual and detailed engineering design of a six-axis robotic assembly cell, including kinematic analysis, workspace optimization, and end-effector selection tailored to the client's manufacturing specifications in Brazil Brasília.
• Programming & Commissioning: Development of PLC and robot controller programs (FANUC, ABB, or KUKA platforms), HMI interface configuration, and on-site commissioning at the Brazil Brasília facility.
• Integration & Installation: Mechanical and electrical integration of the robotic cell with existing conveyor systems, vision inspection modules, and safety interlocks at the project site in Brazil Brasília.
• Testing & Validation: Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) protocols, performance benchmarking, and documentation of all test results.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Minimum 40 hours of on-site operator and maintenance training for the client's technical staff in Brazil Brasília, covering daily operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Warranty Support: Twelve (12) months of remote and on-site technical support for the Robotics Engineer deliverables, with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours for critical issues at the Brazil Brasília location.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and availability of the Robotics Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
• Payment shall be made in four (4) installments: 30% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the design phase, 30% upon successful SAT in Brazil Brasília, and 10% upon completion of the training module.
• Payment terms: 30 days net from the date of invoice issuance, via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account designated by TechNova Robotics Solutions Ltda.
• The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Brazil Brasília, including NR-12 (Machinery Safety) and NR-10 (Electrical Safety).
