This Quotation Estimate is prepared for the engagement of a senior Robotics Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Canada Vancouver metropolitan area. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% deposit upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of programming and integration milestones, and 30% upon final commissioning sign-off at the Canada Vancouver site. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under the British Columbia Interest Act.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Rates are subject to revision upon expiry.
5.2 The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable federal and provincial regulations in Canada Vancouver, including the Canada Labour Code, BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulation, and relevant CSA standards.
5.3 All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies remain the property of the service provider.
5.4 The service provider shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the project duration in Canada Vancouver.
5.5 Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
5.6 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Vancouver, and if unresolved, through the courts of British Columbia.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of physical robotic hardware, end-effectors, or third-party software licenses. Those items shall be procured separately by the client or quoted as a supplemental addendum.
