As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Robotics Engineer services in China Guangzhou shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (CNY 783,000) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (CNY 1,044,000) due upon successful commissioning of all robotic systems (Month 8).
- 30% final payment (CNY 783,000) due upon completion of the training and knowledge transfer phase (Month 20).
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Apex Robotics Solutions International. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per standard commercial practice in China Guangzhou.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Chinese labor laws, safety regulations, and local ordinances governing the China Guangzhou municipality. Intellectual property developed during the engagement shall be jointly owned as specified in the master service agreement. The client agrees to provide a dedicated workspace, access to the production floor, and all necessary safety equipment at the China Guangzhou site.
