This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon successful commissioning of the first robotic cell, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. All payments shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account of TechNova Solutions S.A.S., NIT 901.234.567-8, located in the El Poblado district of Colombia Medellín. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Colombian tax regulations (DIAN).
5. Validity & Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect market conditions in Colombia Medellín.
- All costs are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are subject to the applicable 19% IVA (VAT) as mandated by Colombian law.
- The Robotics Engineer engagement is exclusive to the client's facilities within the Medellín metropolitan area. Travel to other cities in Colombia will be quoted separately.
- Hardware, robotic arms, sensors, and third-party components are excluded from this estimate unless explicitly stated. A separate hardware procurement quotation will be provided upon request.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Antioquia region, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, proprietary processes, and business information shared during the engagement of the Robotics Engineer shall be treated as strictly confidential under Colombian intellectual property law (Ley 23 de 1982).
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty is included on all programming, integration, and commissioning work performed by the Robotics Engineer in Colombia Medellín.
