The Robotics Engineer team will commence work in DR Congo Kinshasa within 14 calendar days of contract execution. The estimated total project duration is 16 weeks, encompassing all phases from initial site assessment through final handover. 5. Payment Terms30% advance payment upon signing of the contract (USD $35,846.25).
40% upon completion of hardware installation and initial commissioning in DR Congo Kinshasa (USD $47,795.00).
30% upon final acceptance, training completion, and handover (USD $35,846.25).
All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account designated by Apex Robotics & Automation Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
6. Terms & ConditionsThis Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in DR Congo Kinshasa.
The Robotics Engineer services are subject to the availability of the assigned personnel. In the event of force majeure, both parties shall negotiate a revised schedule in good faith.
All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary algorithms, and pre-existing tools remain the property of Apex Robotics & Automation Ltd.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement incorporating the terms herein.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo, including import/export controls for robotic equipment entering DR Congo Kinshasa, is the joint responsibility of both parties.
