The Robotics Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables to be executed in and around Egypt Cairo:

• System Design & Architecture: The Robotics Engineer shall design complete robotic cell layouts, end-effector specifications, and control system architectures tailored to the client's production line requirements in the 10th of Ramadan Industrial City, Egypt Cairo.
• Programming & Integration: Full PLC programming (Siemens S7-1500 / Allen-Bradley ControlLogix), robot controller programming (FANUC, KUKA, ABB), and HMI/SCADA integration for the facility located in Egypt Cairo.
• Installation & Commissioning: On-site mechanical installation, electrical wiring, safety interlock configuration, and full commissioning of the robotic system at the client's premises in Egypt Cairo.
• Testing & Validation: Performance testing, cycle-time optimization, repeatability verification, and FAT/SAT (Factory Acceptance Test / Site Acceptance Test) documentation.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: A minimum of 40 hours of hands-on training for the client's in-house maintenance team, conducted at the project site in Egypt Cairo.
• Post-Commissioning Support: 12 months of remote and on-site technical support with guaranteed response time of 24 hours for critical faults within the Egypt Cairo region.

* All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of the Robotics Engineer's professional fees, tools, and standard software licenses. Third-party hardware (robot arms, PLCs, sensors) is excluded and to be procured separately by the client.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Robotics Engineer services may be revised to reflect market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
• All work shall be performed in accordance with Egyptian Industrial Code, Egyptian Civil Defense regulations, and applicable IEC/ISO international standards.
• The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a B.Sc. in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering from an accredited Egyptian or international university, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial robotics experience.
• Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties, with full documentation to be delivered in Arabic and English.
• Any change in scope beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
• The client shall provide safe working conditions, necessary access to the facility in Egypt Cairo, and all required permits for the Robotics Engineer to perform on-site activities.
