This Quotation Estimate is issued by RoboTech Solutions SARL to provide comprehensive Robotics Engineer consulting and implementation services for Groupe Industrielle de l'Est S.A. Payment Terms
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (EUR 38,520.00 including VAT).
- 40% milestone payment upon completion of installation and commissioning (EUR 51,360.00 including VAT).
- 30% final payment upon successful handover and acceptance of all deliverables (EUR 38,520.00 including VAT).
- All payments to be made by bank transfer to RoboTech Solutions SARL, BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per French commercial law (Article L. 441-10 du Code de commerce).
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or resource availability in the France Paris market.
- The Robotics Engineer services described herein are subject to the client providing adequate workspace, power supply (3-phase 400V), compressed air, and network connectivity at the France Paris site prior to the commencement of on-site activities.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this contract shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary algorithms, and pre-existing tools of the Robotics Engineer team remain the property of RoboTech Solutions SARL.
- RoboTech Solutions SARL shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000, as required for industrial engineering services in France.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal change order. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted proportionally based on the revised scope.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, business information, and proprietary processes exchanged during the course of this engagement in France Paris.
