The Robotics Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics from an accredited European or internationally recognized institution. The candidate possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, with demonstrated proficiency in KUKA, ABB, FANUC, and UR collaborative robot platforms. Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) and English (C1 level) is mandatory, as all technical documentation, client communication, and regulatory filings in Germany Frankfurt require bilingual capability. The Robotics Engineer will also be familiar with ROS 2, Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and relevant Python/C++ toolchains.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability are subject to revision without prior notice.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon successful commissioning of the robotics system in Germany Frankfurt; 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechBridge Engineering Solutions GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. IBAN and BIC details will be provided on the formal invoice.
The Robotics Engineer shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract compliant with the German Civil Code (BGB) and the Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act (TzBfG). Social security, health insurance, and pension contributions are included in the rates stated above.
Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing IP of the Robotics Engineer or TechBridge Engineering Solutions GmbH remains the property of the respective owner.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary designs, trade secrets, and operational data encountered during the assignment in Germany Frankfurt. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in the Frankfurt region.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The competent court of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
