The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for the following deliverables, all to be executed within the operational boundaries of Iran Tehran:
- Conduct a full site assessment and feasibility study at the client's facility in Iran Tehran, including environmental, spatial, and electrical compatibility analysis.
- Design and develop a six-axis industrial robotic arm integration system for pick-and-place operations on the assembly line.
- Program, calibrate, and commission the robotic cell using FANUC and ABB controller platforms, ensuring compliance with Iranian national industrial safety standards (ISIRI 2845).
- Provide PLC-to-robot communication architecture design and implement EtherCAT and PROFINET network integration.
- Deliver a minimum of 120 hours of on-site technical supervision and hands-on training for the client's in-house maintenance team in Iran Tehran.
- Prepare complete technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, wiring schematics, program source code, and a 200-page operations manual in both English and Persian.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (USD 14,544.95) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the Robotics Engineer's mobilization to Iran Tehran.
- 40% Progress Payment (USD 19,393.26) – Due upon successful completion of programming, calibration, and the 72-hour reliability test.
- 30% Final Payment (USD 14,544.95) – Due upon delivery of the complete documentation package and formal handover at the Iran Tehran site.
All payments shall be made via irrevocable letter of credit or wire transfer to the account designated by Persian Robotics & Automation Solutions Co. in accordance with the Central Bank of Iran foreign exchange regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Iran Tehran labor and materials market.
- The Robotics Engineer shall be provided with safe access to the client's facility in Iran Tehran, including all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and site induction training prior to commencing work.
- Any scope changes, additional work orders, or extended timelines requested by the client after the initial acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Iranian labor laws, industrial safety regulations, and the client's internal health-and-safety protocols while operating in Iran Tehran.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary code libraries, and pre-existing IP of the Robotics Engineer or the contracting company remain the property of the provider.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or sanctions-related disruptions affecting operations in Iran Tehran, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations for the duration of the event.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of work described herein meets their requirements for the Robotics Engineer engagement in Iran Tehran, and authorizes Persian Robotics & Automation Solutions Co. to proceed with project mobilization upon receipt of the advance payment.
