The scope of this engagement covers the full lifecycle of robotic automation, from initial site assessment and system architecture through to installation, commissioning, operator training, and a twelve-month post-deployment support period. The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will deliver the following services within the Iraq Baghdad operational environment:
- Site Assessment & Feasibility Study: A thorough on-site evaluation of the client's production floor in Baghdad, including environmental conditions, power infrastructure, spatial constraints, and existing machinery compatibility. The Robotics Engineer will produce a detailed feasibility report within fourteen (14) working days of project commencement.
- System Design & Architecture: Development of a complete robotic automation architecture, including selection of robotic arms (6-axis and SCARA configurations), end-effectors, PLC programming, sensor integration, and safety interlock systems tailored to the specific manufacturing processes in Iraq Baghdad.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure for the Robotics Engineer engagement in Iraq Baghdad:
- 25% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff. Amount: $61,001.75
- 30% upon Completion of Design & Procurement: Due upon delivery of the final system architecture document and confirmation of hardware shipment. Amount: $73,202.10
- 30% upon Successful Commissioning: Due upon sign-off of the commissioning report by the client's technical representative in Baghdad. Amount: $73,202.10

- The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Iraqi federal and local regulations governing industrial robotics, workplace safety, and foreign professional work permits in Iraq Baghdad.
- The client shall provide the Robotics Engineer with safe access to the project site in Baghdad, adequate workspace, and all necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity) during installation and commissioning phases.
- Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before work commences.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for this project, including custom PLC programs and robotic cell configurations, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies and proprietary software of the Robotics Engineer remain the property of Advanced Automation & Robotics Solutions Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in Baghdad.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal Service Agreement incorporating these terms.
