The Robotics Engineer will be responsible for the following core deliverables:

• Integration of the robotic system with the client's existing SCADA and MES platforms at the Tel Aviv facility.
• On-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of the Robotics Engineer-designed system at the client's premises in Israel Tel Aviv.
• Conducting a minimum of 120 hours of supervised operational testing and performance validation.
• Preparation of comprehensive technical documentation, including system schematics, API specifications, and operator training manuals.
• Provision of a 12-month post-deployment support and maintenance contract covering software updates, firmware patches, and on-call troubleshooting.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in specialized robotics components and labor rates in Israel Tel Aviv.
• All services shall be performed in accordance with Israeli labor law, the National Standards Institute of Israel (SII) regulations, and applicable EU CE marking requirements for industrial robotics deployed within Israel.
• The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a specialization in robotics, and a minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in industrial automation.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing IP and proprietary methodologies of the Robotics Engineer remain the property of Innovative Robotics Solutions Ltd.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Israeli commercial law.
• The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all site safety protocols at the client's Israel Tel Aviv facility, including mandatory PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, and machine safety interlocks.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tel Aviv in accordance with the rules of the Israel Arbitration Association.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Israel Tel Aviv region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
