This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be delivered by a certified Robotics Engineer operating within the metropolitan area of Italy Naples. The engagement covers the full lifecycle of robotic system design, integration, commissioning, and post-deployment support for the client's automated production line. The Robotics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, collaborative robotics, and mechatronic system design. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. The Robotics Engineer services described herein are subject to the general terms and conditions of Advanced Robotics Solutions S.r.l., registered in the Naples Chamber of Commerce (Registro Imprese di Napoli, REA NA-1234567). Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
All intellectual property generated during the design phase (Item 3.2) shall remain the property of the Robotics Engineer's employer unless otherwise stipulated in a separate licensing agreement. The client retains full ownership of the installed hardware and all operational data generated at the Italy Naples facility.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Naples region, strikes, or government-mandated shutdowns, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Robotics Engineer services to be performed in Italy Naples. The engagement shall commence within fifteen (15) business days of the receipt of the advance payment.
