The total estimated duration for the Robotics Engineer engagement in Italy Rome is approximately 105 working days (roughly five calendar months), commencing from the date of contract signature. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex to the final contract. All on-site work will be conducted at the client's premises in the EUR District, Rome, Italy, during standard business hours (08:00–17:00 CET), with the possibility of extended hours during the commissioning phase subject to prior written agreement.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or labour market conditions in Italy Rome.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of the programming and integration phase (Item 03); 30% upon successful completion of acceptance trials (Item 06). - Intellectual Property: All proprietary software, motion programmes, and engineering documentation developed by the Robotics Engineer specifically for this project shall become the property of the client upon full payment. General methodologies and pre-existing IP remain the property of Roma Robotics Solutions S.r.l.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, production processes, and business information exchanged during the course of this engagement in Italy Rome.
- Liability and Insurance: The Robotics Engineer and Roma Robotics Solutions S.r.l. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000. Liability for damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct is not excluded.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Italy Rome region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Roma Robotics Solutions S.r.l. to proceed with the engagement of the Robotics Engineer for the robotic automation project at the Italy Rome facility, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
